• Indemnity Form(s), each dependent child requires their own Indemnity Form
• Supporting Documentation (updated within the past 4 months) is required for children’s with guardians.
• Government Photo ID (Claimant)

For New Band Members:

• New band membership registration deadline: December 5, 2024
• For new band membership registration, please contact Piikani Membership at the Piikani Nation Administration.

Pick up Options:

Cheques will be released to payee only. Application must be completed in full prior to pick up date to for processing and preparation of distribution cheque. If you show up without a completed application time will be required to process your cheque.
